Delivery times
Unless a different delivery time is stated in the individual product description, the following delivery times generally apply:
Germany: 3–5 working days
Other destinations: 5–8 working days
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order several items with different delivery times, we will ship your order together wherever possible. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
Shipping provider
We ship all orders with DHL.
All parcels are shipped using DHL GoGreen. This means that the CO₂ emissions generated during transport are offset through climate protection projects.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information, where available.
Customs duties and import charges
Deliveries to Switzerland or the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import VAT or other charges. These are imposed by the relevant customs or tax authorities in the destination country and must be paid by the recipient.
Packaging
We use sturdy, environmentally friendly packaging made from recycled paper. This helps ensure that your order reaches you safely while also conserving valuable resources.
