1. Register your return

If you would like to return an item, please register your return using our contact form.

Please include your order number. We will then send you all the information you need for your return.

2. Pack items securely

Pack the items carefully and return them, if possible, in their original packaging or equivalent packaging.

Please include the delivery note with your return. If it is no longer available, a note with your order number will suffice. This will allow us to quickly and clearly assign your return.

Please handle the items with care and return them unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

3. Returning your item

Once you have registered your return via our contact form, we will send you all the necessary information for the return shipment.

Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

Return Costs

For returns, we charge a flat return fee. This depends on the country from which the return is made.

Germany

Return fee: €5.99

Switzerland and United Kingdom

Return fee: €15.99

The respective return fee will be taken into account when refunding the purchase price and deducted from the refund amount.

Refund

Once your return has been received, we will carefully inspect the goods.

We endeavor to process your return as quickly as possible. The refund will be issued within the statutory period at the latest, using the original payment method.
